 Mr. Bryce H. Crocker
of Westford, MA died unexpectedly Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at Lowell
General Hospital.
He was married for 59 years to the late Mrs. Madeline (Courtemanche)
Crocker who predeceased him on July 5, 2001.
Born in Chelmsford, MA on November 1, 1922, he was the fourth son of
the late James H. and Mildred (Carkin) Crocker. He lived most of his
life in Westford and graduated Westford Academy with the Class of 1940.
He was employed with HL and EH Gould, Abbott Worsted Company and CG
Sargent’s Sons Corporation as a shipper, expeditor and retired as a
purchasing agent. Mr. Crocker was a former member of the Tahattawan
Masonic Lodge in Littleton, MA.
He attended the North Chelmsford Congregational Church.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Bryce and Catherine
(LeMasurier) Crocker of N. Chelmsford and Russell P. Crocker of Quincy,
MA; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and J. Henry Chase of Westford,
MA; a daughter-in-law, Susan M. (Belanger) Crocker of Milford, NH;
seven grandchildren, Melanie J. Crocker, Bryce M. Crocker, John and
Nathan Sirmopoulos, James B. Crocker and Christopher Crocker, Jeremiah
Chase; 2 great grandchildren, Emily R. Crocker and Casey Crocker.
He was predeceased by his son, James H. Crocker who died in January of
2005 and four brothers, Richard Crocker of Chelmsford, Morris Crocker
of Lowell, David Crocker of N. Chelmsford and Alan Crocker of Westford,
MA.
FUNERAL NOTICE
CROCKER- Bryce H. Crocker of Westford died April 15, 2009.There are no
visiting hours. At his request, private graveside services were held at
the convenience of the family. Burial in the Fairview Cemetery,
Westford, MA. In lieu of flowers Contributions in his memory may be
made to the Congregational Church of N. Chelmsford, 15 Princeton St. N.
