Mrs. Etta L. Hart of Winthrop died April 10, 2008 at the Harborside Wakefield Hospice House in Wakefield, MA.

She was married to the late Harold F. Hart who died May 7, 1983.

Born in Danvers, MA on June 8, 1914, the daughter of the Late Thomas W. and Etta (Mangold) Lee. She attended the Salem School System in Salem, MA.

In her early years she was employed as a housekeeper for many families in the Winthrop area, including the Baseman family, the Alter family, the Gordon family, and Dr. Costanza's family.

She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in Winthrop, MA, and belonged to the Church's' Catholic Woman's Club.

She is survived by a daughter and her husband, Marjorie E. and Jack Dunnell of Punta Gorda, FL, a son and his wife, Harold R. and Marilyn Hart of Loris, SC, a half brother, Allan Willmont of California, seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She was the mother of the late Lillian H. Capone of Winthrop, MA, who died in 1985 and Edward Hart also of Winthrop, MA who died in 1953. She was the sister of the late Francis Lee who died in WWII, the late Eleanor Kelly of Rhode Island, and the late Anna Lee, and the late Marion Larrabee of San Diego, CA,
