 Kelly
Kirby, 44, of Westford, passed away on August 3, 2008. Kelly
leaves her husband Robert, a lawyer in Boston with the firm of Nixon
Peabody, and stepson Ryan, a senior-to-be at Chelmsford High
School. This Spring, Kelly found Ryan his first car. This
Summer, Ryan is driving that car to his first job, which Kelly also
found for him. She had that knack.
Kelly grew up in Voorheesville, New York, outside of Albany, where her
family still lives. Also surviving Kelly are her parents
James and Kathleen Hogan of Voorheesville, New York; brother
Christopher Hogan and sister Kerry Hogan and their families; and
grandmother Dolores Hoar.
Kelly was known as Aunt Kaki to her beloved nieces and nephews, Daniel,
Griffin, Erin, Mikey and Anna Kate. Kelly's favorite day of
the year was Christmas Eve because that's when her nieces and nephews
would open their gifts from Aunt Kaki. Santa had nothing on
Aunt Kaki.
Kelly graduated from Voorheesville High School and Bryant
College. For many years, Kelly was the Director of Human
Resources for Palmer & Dodge, a Boston law firm. In
2007, Kelly accepted a similar position with Loring, Wolcott &
Coolidge in Boston.

Visiting hours Wed. 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME

will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of
flowers, Kelly's family requests that donations be made in Kelly’s
memory to the Brain Injury Program at Spaulding Rehabilitation
