
Maurice W. Couture – 64, of Pepperell died Wednesday
morning, February 6, 2008 at D’Youville Senior Care
after a brief illness. He was the husband of Clara
Couture to whom he was married for 39 years. Born in
Derry, NH he was the son of Loretta Couture and the late
Raymond Couture.
He served in the United States Air
Force, and thereafter, was employed at MIT Lincoln
Laboratories for 38 years where he made significant
contribution in support of Ballistic Missile Defense,
Air Traffic Control and Department of Homeland Security.
Besides his wife and mother he is
survived by his two children, Jon-Paul Couture of
Providence, RI and Lisa Couture of Nashua, NH, a sister
Joan Hagerman of Dracut and two brothers, Raymond
Couture of Lowell and Ronald Couture and his wife
Constance of Chelmsford, as well as his mother-in-law
Mathilda Horvath of Germany and his sister-in-law Maria
Criddle of Houston, TX. He also leaves behind many
nieces and nephews including Donna and Joseph Lopes of
Pelham, NH, and many dear friends especially those from
Lincoln Laboratories.

COUTURE, Maurice W. Couture – 64, of Pepperell died Feb.
6, 2008. Visiting hours will be held on Sat. from 9:00
to 10:30AM at Dolan Funeral Home followed by a funeral
service at 10:30 with a graveside service immediately
following with burial at St. Joseph Cemetery in
Chelmsford. Friends and family are welcome. In lieu of
