Mrs. Jean M. (Wright) Daykin of Lowell, MA died
Saturday, February 2, 2008 at Saints Medical Center in
Lowell. Born in Cambridge, MA on July 23, 1925, the
daughter of the late David and Jean (Money) Wright. She
was a graduate of Somerville High School with the class
of 1943.
She was employed in the healthcare industry with
Middlesex County Hospital in Waltham, MA until her
retirement in 1993.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting and
playing Bingo.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Mark
and Regina Daykin of Hudson, NH, four grandchildren,
Lisa Daykin, Heidi, Paul and William Sullivan, two
great-grandchildren, Dylan Sting and Shawn Sullivan, a
niece, Jane Standish, a nephew, Donald Standish.
She was the mother of the late Wayne Daykin who died
in November of 1995, the sister of the late John G.
Martin and Elizabeth Standish.
FUNERAL NOTICE
DAYKIN, Jean M. ((Wright) Daykin of Lowell died Feb. 2,
2008. A Private Graveside service will be held at a
later date in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington, MA.
