 Mr. Blakely Lorn
Clarke of Tyngsboro, MA died Friday January 23, 2009 at the Fairhaven
Nursing Home in Lowell, MA.
He was married to the late Mrs. Hazel (Bestin) Clarke who died in
December 1993.
Born in Tyngsboro, MA on November 20, 1928, the son of the late Horace
G. and Ethel G. (Wilkins) Clarke. He was a graduate of
Perkins School of the Blind with the class of 1945.
He was employed in his early years with the Tyngsboro Highway Dept. and
more recently as a Custodian at the Lakeview School in Tyngsboro until
his retirement in august of 1994.
He was a member of the Tyngsboro Evangelical Congregational Church.
He was an avid bird enthusiast and enjoyed the outdoors.
He is survived by two step-daughters, Carol Duquay and Frances Hardy
both of Hudson, NH, a brother, John and his wife, Sue Clarke of
Statesville, NC, three sisters, Christina Bell, Louise Lorman, Janet
and her husband, Richard Lorman all of Tyngsboro, his neighbors,
Richard and Audrey Galloway of Tyngsboro, MA, many nieces, nephews, and
close family friends.
He was the step-father of the late Charlie R. Morton who died in
September of 1999, the brother of the late Robert Clarke of Tyngsboro,
Horace Clarke, Jr. of Alabama, and Frances Gray of Tyngsboro.

CLARKE, Blakely L. Clarke of Tyngsboro died Jan. 23, 2009. Visiting
hours Thurs. 3 to 6 with a Memorial Service at 6:00 PM in the DOLAN
FUNERAL HOME 106 Middlesex St. Chelmsford, MA 01863. Private Burial in
Tyngsboro Memorial Cemetery. Memorials may be made in his name to the
Lowell VNA Hospice, P.O. Box 1965, Lowell, MA 01853-1965. ARRANGEMENTS
