Saturday afternoon, January 31, 2009 surrounded by his loving family at
the Naples
Community
Hospital
in Naples,
FL.
He
was married to Carol (Modica)
Quirbach with whom he celebrated their 42nd
wedding anniversary on
August 27, 2008.
Joseph
was born in Lowell,
MA
on November 14, 1936, the son of the late George H. and Alice (Gillick)
Quirbach. He was a
graduate of Lowell High School
with the class of 1955, and graduated from
Franklin Institute of Boston, MA.
He
worked many years in sales
for the graphic arts industry and most recently in real estate.
Joseph
was a resident of Chelmsford,
MA,
while
wintering in Naples,
FL.
He
was a communicant of St. John
the Evangelist
Church
in N.
Chelmsford, MA.
Besides
his wife he is survived
by a daughter, Elizabeth Quirbach-McCarthy of Chelmsford, MA, two sons,
David
and Lisa Quirbach, and John and Catherine Quirbach all of Chelmsford,
MA, and
five grandchildren, Sarah and Anna Quirbach, and Peter, William, and
Jack
McCarthy.
He
was the brother of the late
George C. and Robert Quirbach.
