 Mr.
Arthur Anthony Rodwell of Tyngsboro, MA died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at
Lowell General Hospital.
Born
in Orange, New Jersey on June 22, 1943, the son of the late Arthur L.
Marion L. (Fontannay) Rodwell. He was a graduate of
Somerville
High School with the class of 1961, and later attended Northeastern
University in Boston.
He was employed for many years with the Polaroid Corporation in Waltham
until his retirement in 2004.
He
was a active communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church of North
Chelmsford, where he also taught religious education and was an active
volunteer assisting with the Church Bingo Nights.
He was fond of exercising keeping in shape who also loved music.
He
is survived by two sons, Eric Rodwell of Hull, MA, Kevin Rodwell of MA,
three daughters and a son-in-law, Robyn and Derek Michel of Hyde Park,
MA, Brenda Rodwell of MA, Donna Rodwell of MA, five grandchildren, Lily
and Cara Michel of Hyde Park, MA, Megan and Molly Rodwell of Hull, MA,
Joshua Rodwell of Chelmsford, a nephew, David Rodwell of South Korea,
as well as several close family friends.
He was the brother of the late Joseph “Ricky” Rodwell of Somerville who
died in 1988.

Wednesday 3 to 7 p.m. Funeral Thursday at 8 AM from the DOLAN FUNERAL
HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 9 AM at St.
John’s Church in N. Chelmsford. A private family burial will in Oak
Grove Cemetery, Medford. Memorials may be made in his name to the
