Mr. Owen Francis Carroll of Lowell died Sunday, March 30, 2008 at Radius
Northwood Nursing Home in Lowell after a lengthy battle with A.L.S.
Born in Lowell, MA on July 10, 1942, the son of the
late James F. and Margaret T. (Cavanaugh) Carroll, Owen was raised and educated
in Lowell.
He was employed with Middlesex Paper Tube Company.
Owen is survived by a brother and sister-in-law,
Daniel and Ruth Carroll of Lowell, a nephew, Michael J. Carroll of Philadelphia,
PA, several dear friends including, Paul Fish of N. Chelmsford, Anne Dore and
Freddy Farley both of Lowell, Dennis Johnson of Dracut, as well as Dr. Bob and
Bill W. He was known by many and loved by all. Owen just liked to keep it
simple.

2008. Wake will be Wed. 9 to 10AM followed by a Funeral Service at 10 AM at the
DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. Burial in Westlawn Cemetery,
Lowell. Memorials may be made in his name to the A.L.S. Assoc. 75 McNeil Way
