Monica Sue (Hefner) Andjus of Westford, MA died Monday morning, May 5, 2008 at
home surrounded by her loving family after a courageous 20 year battle with
cancer.
She was married to Dana D. Andjus with whom she would
have celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on December 20, 2008.
Born in Lima, Ohio on May 1, 1947, the daughter of the
late Harold Hefner and Maddie Adams of Elida, Ohio. She was a graduate of Elida
High School with the class of 1965.
She was a devout Christian and a member of the
Immanuel Church of Chelmsford.
She was especially happy spending time with family and
her grandchildren and studying scripture at home and Bible Studies.
Besides her loving husband, Dana, she is survived by
three sons and their wives, Michael and Sherri Andjus of Walnut Creek, CA,
Matthew Andjus of Boston, Kurt and Michelle Andjus of Westford, MA, a brother,
Steve Adams of Elida, Ohio, a sister and her husband, Nancy and Steve Grannis of
Pleasant Hill, CA, her parents, Floyd and Maddie Adams of Elida, Ohio, three
cherished grandchildren, Carlie, Jake, and Derek Andjus all of Walnut Creek, CA,
many nieces, nephews and close friends.
She was the sister of the late Darlyn Borg of Lima,
Ohio who died in 1969.

May 5, 2008. Visiting hours Thursday 4 to 8 PM at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106
MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. A Funeral Service will be Friday at 10 AM at the
Immanuel Church in Chelmsford. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Westford.
