 Mrs.
Mary Lourdes (Leite) Foley of Westford, MA died Monday, May 26, 2008 in
Westford, MA at home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was married to the late Mr. John J. Foley, Jr. who died April 11, 1990.
Born
in Lowell, MA on October 5, 1925, she was the daughter of the late
Belarmino and Violante (Sousa) Leite. She was a graduate of
Lowell High School and Bradshaw Business School.
She was employed in her early years at United Elastic Corporation in Lowell.
She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church in Lowell and more recently St. John the Evangelist Church in N. Chelmsford.
Mary was an avid Boston Red Sox fan but was most happy spending quality time with her cherished grandchildren.
She had been a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality at St. Anthony.
She
is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John and Lea Foley, of
Westford, a daughter and son-in-law, Mary Lou and Carleton Boucher of
Westford, a brother and sister-in-law, John and Melba Leite of Lowell,
a brother-in-law and his wife, Leo and Elinor Foley of Tyngsboro, a
sister, Helen Sanborn of Winston-Salem, NC, three grandchildren, Amy
Marie Boucher, Mary Beth Foley, Jack Foley all of Westford, as well as
many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her sister, Wilhemina Gouveia of New York who died in 2008.

hours TODAY 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Thursday at 8 a.m. from the DOLAN
FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 9
a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, N. Chelmsford. Burial in St.
Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury. Memorials may be made in her name to the
Newborns in Need charity (3323 Transou Road Pfafftown, NC 27040 –
