Mrs. Gloria (Ouellette)
Fugere of Dracut, MA died unexpectedly Wednesday November 25, 2009 at
the Lowell General Hospital after a brief illness.
She was the wife of the late George J. Fugere who died Jan. 8,
2005 after 45 years of marriage.
Born in Lakeport, NH on March 4, 1923, the daughter of the late Joseph
and Elise (Heroux) Ouellette.
She was educated in the Lowell school system.
She was employed with Kollsman Campers in Merrimack, NH before retiring
in 1984, in earlier years she was employed with the Booth Mills and
Merrimack Mills before moving to California where she worked for Hughes
Air Craft in El Segonda, CA, Fairchilds Semi Conductor Corp in San
Rafael, CA.
She was a communicant of St. Francis Church in Dracut, MA and a very
active member of the Dracut Senior Center.
She is survived by one son, John J. and his wife Priscilla (Wilson)
Stoessel of Dracut, and one stepson, Roger and his wife Ellen Fugere of
Mechanicsburg, PA; a brother Raymond and his wife Margie Ouellette of
FL; a sister Doris Izidro of East Haven, CT; five grandchildren, John
Stoessel and his wife Carol, Gail Malatesta and her fiancé, Steve
Ramey, Deborah Powell, Sherry Skinner and her husband Thomas Skinner,
James Beaton and his wife Jennifer; and ten great grandchildren.

Fugere. Committal services Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's
Cemetery Chapel, Chelmsford. For those that wish, Memorials may be made
