Say Sum, 73, longtime resident of Lowell, MA died Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital.
He was married to Roeurng (Reang) with whom he would have celebrated over 50 years of marriage.
He came to the USA in July 1984 and became a US Citizen on Nov. 30, 2011.
Born in Battambong, Cambodia, he was the son of the late Som Sum and Seng Ban.
He retired from Solo Cup Co. of Leominster, MA in 2008.
He was a member of Glory Temple, Lowell, MA.
He loved Lottery Scratch Tickets, enjoyed watching T.V. and drinking coffee.
Besides his wife he is survived by his daughters Sambo Peng and Anthony Peng of Lowell, MA, Saroeuth and her husband Hong Seang of Cabool, Missouri, Rom and Chris Schulte of Commerce, OK, and Regina Sum of Lowell, MA, his sons Komsorth Say of Lowell, MA and Komsan Say of Lowell, MA,
nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Vorn Mao, 77, longtime resident of Lowell, MA died Thursday, March 25, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was married to Lay (Ok) Mao.
Vorn was born in Cambodia.
He came to the USA in August 1983 and became a US Citizen on March 26, 2008.
He worked at DS Graphics of Lowell.
He was a member of Vatt Khmer Temple in Lowell, MA.
He enjoyed fishing, watching game shows especially Price is Right.
Besides his wife he is survived by his sons Jacob Mao and Kerry Mao of Billerica, MA, Kamsort Mao of Nashua, NH, Kinsan Mao of Lowell, MA and Kimsorng Mao of Lowell, MA, 2 daughters Chamboeurng Mao and her companion Nhek Soth of Lowell, MA and Sokha Mao of Lowell, MA, 11 grandchildren and
many nieces and nephews.

Benedict “Ben” James Sgro of Nashua, NH

Benedict “Ben” James Sgro, 69, of Nashua, NH died Thursday, March 25, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Mineloa, NY, he was the son of Frank J. Sgro, Sr. and Mamie (Palmero) Sgro.  He graduated from Chelmsford High School with the class of 1969 and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture from Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute.

He owned and operated Moynihan Florist of Chelmsford and The Shrub Guy, an award-winning landscaping company in northern Mass and southern NH.

He was a member of Chelmsford Elks. Ben enjoyed gardening, music and playing the drums.

He is survived by a son, Benedict J. Sgro Jr.  and his wife Diana of New Jersey, and a granddaughter, Hollis Sgro of New Jersey; a daughter Courtney Sgro; a companion Deborah Ryer  of Nashua, NH; brothers, Joseph F. Sgro of FL and Frank and  his wife Teresa Sgro Jr. of NH; nieces Crystal Sgro, Catherine Leblanc and Maria Sgro; nephews Jason Sgro and Joseph Sgro, and a longtime friend Donna Bishop.

Brandi Lara Dyment, 46, of Lowell, MA

Born in Lowell, the beautiful daughter of Stephanie (Lara) Dyment of Lowell and Charles Dyment Jr. of Westford. A graduate of Westford Academy class of ’93. Brandi will be remembered by many for having a genuine, loving heart and a home with open doors where you could find yourself welcome and cared for as family. Besides her parents, Brandi is survived by her sons Isaiah Choate and Nasir Sheppard, her daughter Laila Sheppard and husband Eric Sheppard all of Lowell. Her grandfather Hector Lara of Olathe, CO. Her brother Charles Dyment III and his fiance’ Ana Barbosa, brother Colton Dyment all of Westford. Her sister Shannon Dyment and her fiance’ Jeffrey Ferreira of Chelmsford. Her nieces Adele McDougal and Alissa Dyment and nephews Julius McDougal, Kaiky Dacosta and Enzo Dyment.

Earl Guilmette of North Chelmsford

Earl Guilmette, 84, of North Chelmsford, died Tuesday, March 24, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital.
He was married to the late Blanche “Bunny” Cody, who died on January 29, 2016.
Born in Lowell, he was the son of the late Ernie and Alice Albert Guilmette.
He graduated from Chelmsford High School with the Class of 1955.
He was a mechanic and enjoyed working on heavy duty diesel trucks. Earl enjoyed
Horses, Beer and Wiskey…Tractors. He was a family man and loved spending time with his girls and their families at the backyard pool.
He was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Earl is survived by his daughters, Earlene Laurin and her partner Stephen Vanlandghen of N. Chelmsford, Lori Woods and her husband Herb of N. Chelmsford, and Wendy Odabashian and her husband Scott; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild; a brother, Russell and his wife Pauline Guilmette of Groton, and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Shirley Berrigan.

Bessie C. Llewellyn of Chelmsford

She was married to the late Alfred “Ken” Llewellyn who died April 13, 2000.
Born in Lowell, MA, she was the daughter of the late James and Annie (Turner) Sawers, and was the last of 10 children.  She attended the Lowell school system.
Over the years, she had worked at the Booth Mills, C.B.S. Electronics, Head Start, as a Presser at the Custom Coin Laundry Mat, and St. Joseph’s Hospital cafeteria all were located in Lowell.
She was a member of First Church Nazarene of Lowell and president of the Mary Martha’s Society.  In the past, she had taught Sunday school for over 25 years; she was a Deaconess and on the Missionary Board at the Immanuel Baptist Church.  She was also a member of the Chelmsford Senior Citizen’s Club.
She is survived by three daughters and son in laws, Doris Peoples of Virginia Beach, VA, Susan and Allan Michaud of Lowell, and Cynthia and Joseph Miskell of N. Chelmsford; a son and daughter in-law, Kenneth and Cheryl (Gauthier) Llewellyn of Nashua, NH; 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
Bessie was the mother-in-law to the late Gerald Peoples.

Robert Thompson, 74, of Lowell, MA died Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Lowell
General Hospital.
He was married to Lydia Thompson with whom he would have celebrated their 35th wedding
anniversary in August.
Born in Southgate, England, he was the son of the late Harry Thompson and
Eunice (Smith) Thompson.
He worked as a Software Engineer in the Computer Industry.
Robert was a gamer and loved playing board games, computer games and reading trips to
Barnes and Noble.
He was a perfectionist and Sci-Fi fanatic who also loved Math and Science and Crossword every Sunday.
Besides his wife he is survived by his 3 daughters Andrea Michelle Thompson and her fiancé Michael Caron of Hudson, NH, Danielle Elizabeth Thompson of Lowell, MA and Laura Anne Thompson of Lowell, MA and three grandchildren Alexander Thompson, Damian Thompson and Charlotte Thompson.
He was loved by many.

She was the mother-in-law of the late Priscilla Kelley.

Moth Khieu, 72

Moth Khieu, 72, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday morning, March 15, 2021 at her home in Lowell.
Born in Battambang Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Dom and Yaem Khieu.
Mrs. Khieu came to the United States in 1981 and became a proud American Citizen in March of 2016.
She was an avid gardener and enjoyed watching comedians, going to the ocean and above all else, enjoyed quality time with her family.
She is survived by seven sons, Johhny, Tonh, Desmond, Kimny, Kimna, Kimnath and Chamrean Roeun, two daughters, Sophann and Chan, five sisters, many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was married to Amy (Theall) Hebert.
Born in Lowell, MA, he was the son of Albert G. Hebert and Rita E. (Tessier) Hebert. He graduated from Lowell High School with the class of 1988.
Al was employed with The Lowell Sun for 34 years.
He enjoyed playing darts, deep sea fishing and gardening and loved playing the guitar and composing music.

He was married to Gloria A. (Bacon) Clancy with whom he would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on October 29, 2021. Born in Worcester, MA, he was the son of the late Charles Francis Clancy and Gertrude (Leriche) Clancy.
He graduated from Chelmsford High School with the class of 1965.
He proudly served with the Army Reserves/National Guard.
He retired as a Truck Driver and in his younger years worked as a Master Diesel Mechanic.
He was a member of Local 49 Teamsters and former V.P.
He enjoyed antique cars, motorcycles, and stock car racing.
Besides his wife he is survived by his son, Charles Jr. and his wife Susan Clancy, of  Hollis, NH. His two grandchildren Zachary and Angelene. His sisters Kathleen and her husband Thomas Archibald of Chelmsford, MA, Carol and her husband James Rondeau of Clarksville, TN and his brothers David Clancy and his wife Nancy of  Marlow, NH and Paul Clancy and his partner Jennifer Gervais of Amherst, NH and many loved nephews and nieces.

She graduated from Waltham High School with the class of 1947.
She retired from Winchester Public Schools as a bookkeeper.  She previously was a crossing guard for the city of Waltham.
She was a communicant of St. Mary’s and St. Matthew’s Church of Billerica, MA.
Constance was a devoted and faithful Catholic and enjoyed her precious time  in Maine and Florida.She loved her family with all her Heart.
She is survived by her daughters Carol and Philip Geary of Laconia, NH and Sandra and Michael Baia of Tewksbury, MA, her sons Gary and Nancy James of Hanover, MA, Kenneth James of Billerica, MA, Steven and Rosemary James of Bridgeton, ME and Ronald and Judi James of Townsend, MA, her sister Irene Astone of Falmouth, MA, 17 grandchildren, 33 great-children and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Sal Todero, Josephine Uttaro, Diane Quinlan, Anne Marchand and Estelle Pastena.

Gary Martin Boyle of Queens, NY

Born in Lowell, MA, he was the son of Gary D. Boyle and Edna M. (Burke) Boyle.
He attended Lowell High School and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Wentworth University. Gary served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper in the 82nd airborne infantry division.
Gary was a highly skilled and talented craftsman that took great pride in his work. His ambition for new projects had no limits. Gary’s most enjoyment came when he helped his family and friends. He was a quick wit and was well known for his sense of humor and telling a story. He loved his music and daily workouts. He was a wonderful cook that loved to share a good meal and conversation. Gary had a zest for knowledge and history and enjoyed the daily challenge of Jeopardy in which he rarely missed a question.
Gary was an enthusiastic traveler that was excited to discover new cities, places and people. His favorite place was New York City, he loved it’s atmosphere and energy. It is there that Gary had found love and happiness with his fiancé Cassie Donaghy where they were residing together in Queens, New York.
Gary was a kind soul that was loved and will be missed by his family and friends.
Gary was the brother of the late Laurie Boyle Bresnahan of Wall, NJ who died March 8, 2007.
He is survived by his brothers Scott and wife Elizabeth Boyle and daughter Summer of Lowell, MA and Todd and Kim Boyle and their children Brady, Conner and Kennedy Boyle and Tai and Jasmine Craine of Windham, NH. Nieces; Brynn and Bridget Bresnahan daughters of Laurie Boyle Bresnahan of Wall, NJ and many special cousins. Stepson; Jonathan Balamotis.

Corcoran and Rose (Timmons) Corcoran. He graduated from Waltham High School with the class of 1955. He proudly served with the U.S. Navy during the Cold War. He retired from Hallmark Adjustments, Inc. of Burlington as an Automotive Insurance Adjuster. He was a former member of Jaycees of Westford and past Commander of American Legion in Westford. Frederick summered on W. Island, Fairhaven, MA.
He enjoyed boating, wintering in Mattacha, FL, and was an avid New England
Patriots fan. Besides his wife he is survived by his daughters Maura and Kenneth Price of Townsend, MA and Dawn MacDonald of Lowell, MA, his sons Frederick and Lynete Corcoran of Melburne Beach, FL, Richard and Danielle Verzone of Scituate, MA, Jeffrey and Sally Verzone of Lowell, MA and Craig and Christina Verzone of Vevey, Switzerland, his sister Maryann Derba of Lake Suzy, FL, 10 grandchildren Christopher Verzone, Jacqueline Verzone, Ivo Verzone, Hugo Verzone, Sylvan Verzone, Derek Corcoran, Connor O’Brien, Shain Price, Shannon MacDonald and Kerron MacDonald, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Ngem Chea, 81, of Lowell, MA passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 at Lowell

She was married to the late Rom Tuy who passed away on March 30, 2008.
Born in Battambang, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Chhem Chea and Reang (Outh) Chea. She came to the USA on July 21, 1983, became a US Citizen. She was a member of Glory Buddhist Temple of Lowell, MA and is a devout Buddhist.
Ngem raised her family of 7 children.
She enjoyed watching Charm, cartoon, nature and animal T.V. shows, spending time with her children and grandchildren, taking walks, traveling to Cambodia, and feeding the birds. She loved to eat many things sour and enjoyed Chinese white rice cake pastry from ChinaTown in Boston. When she was a member of the Glory Buddhist Temple, she would go on Sundays with her sister, brother and daughter to pray, learn the chants of Theravada Buddhism, and give offerings to our ancestors. She meditated and prayed one hour before sunrise and one hour before sundown as this was a way to keep her grounded in her religion and faith.
She is survived by daughters Phearin Tuy of Lowell, MA, Alissa Tuy of
Lowell, MA and Tatyana Tuy of Minneapolis, MN, her sons Europ Tuy and
Kanchana Chhom of Lowell, MA, Phearuth Tuy and Darounsavat Tuy of Roy,
UT and Samnang Tuy of Lowell, MA, 30 plus grandchildren, 15 plus great-
grandchildren and many nieces and nephews in American, many many more in Cambodia.
She was the mother of the late Sarou Tuy of Cambodia who died in 2014.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 11-2 p.m. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., N. CHELMSFORD. Her funeral will be Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 1-2 p.m. with a procession to leave the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. and conclude at Glory Buddhist Temple, Lowell. Her funeral procession will leave the Temple at 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 8, 2021 and conclude at Merrimack Cremation Service, 10 Henry Clay Drive, Merrimack, NH. Colleen Ann Griffin of Westford, MA

Colleen Ann Griffin, 54, of Westford, MA died Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at
Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of James F. Robinson and Betty (Gallagher) Robinson who died on February 28, 2020. She attended Lowell High School.
Colleen worked at Tewksbury State Hospital and previously worked at Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Chelmsford.
She enjoyed puzzles and games and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters Danielle Robinson of Florida and Stephanie Griffin
of Westford, MA, her son Matthew Robinson of Westford, MA, her sister Kelly
Leblanc of Chelmsford, MA, her brothers James Robinson of Lowell, MA,
Michael Robinson of Lowell, MA and Peter Iarossi and his fiancé, 5
grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.

Janet C. (Bourke) Belanger of North Chelmsford

Janet C. (Bourke) Belanger, 84, a longtime resident of N.Chelmsford, died peacefully Friday evening, February 26, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was married to the late Robert P. Belanger, who died on October 26, 2008.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Emile and Gabriel Bourke. She graduated from the David Hale Fanning Trade School in Worcester with the class of 1949.
Janet retired from the Chelmsford Public Schools, where she worked at the McCarthy Middle School in the kitchen as a chef. When her children were younger, she was very active in the North School PTA.
She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church and had been an active member of the Ladies Sodality. In her youth, she was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
Janet was an avid reader. She also enjoyed sewing, knitting and doing crafts. What she enjoyed the most was when she would spend summers with her sister Therese, at York Beach in Maine. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her two sons, Robert Belanger Jr. of Maine and Jeffrey Belanger of N. Chelmsford; three daughters, Diane and her husband, Edwin Waddell of Chelmsford, Susan and her husband Paul Trainque of Gardner and Sharon Thomas of Connecticut; a brother, Richard and his wife, Shirley Bourke of Worcester; eleven grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter, many nieces and nephews; and her longtime friend Rebbeca and her husband Carl Markey of N. Chelmsford.
She was the sister of the late Therese Ceredona, Claire Rountree, and Doris MacGlauflin of Worcester.
The family would like to take this time to thank all of the staff at Circle Home Visiting Nurses and Elder Services of Merrimack Valley for their endless support, her home health aide Barbara Hoey of Right at Home and Elizabeth Card.

Roger Albert Pulsifer of Chelmsford, MA

Roger Albert Pulsifer, 84, of Chelmsford, MA died Friday, February 26, 2021 at Beth Israel Hospital, Boston, MA.
Born in Lowell, MA, he was the son of the late Mortimer Pulsifer and Annette Sasseville (Pulsifer) Roussel
He proudly served with the U.S.A.F.
He retired after 40 plus years with Raytheon of Bedford.
He was a former member of the Lowell First Church of the Nazarene.
He was a member of American Legion Post 462 of Boston, MA.
He was an avid Civil War Historian and enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching movies, going out to dinner and a good glass of red wine and reading.
He is survived by his daughter Susan and Jeffrey Post of North Sutton, NH, his sons James and Claudine Pulsifer of Midlothian, VA and David Pulsifer of Chelmsford, MA, his brother Ernest Pulsifer of Lowell, and a dear close friend and companion Nancy Potts of Needham, MA who will be forever in our thoughts and prayers and many nieces and nephews, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He was the father of the late Michael Pulsifer and brother of the late Mary Reardon.
Known for his quick wit and great sense of humor. Always a giving spirit and an inspiration to those around him.

A celebration of Life will be held this summer.
