Beverly A. (Pickard) Mackey of Chelmsford

Beverly A. (Pickard) Mackey, 87, of Chelmsford died surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the Sunny Acres Nursing Home in Chelmsford.

She was married to the late Thomas L. Mackey, who died on September 15, 1973.

Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Effie Pickard. She graduated from Chelmsford High School with the class of 1948.

Beverly retired from the IRS in Andover in 1979. She had previously worked for the Chelmsford Highway Department, the Hub Hosiery Company of Lowell, the Jean Allan Company of Chelmsford and the Currier Citizen of Chelmsford.

Beverly was a proud lifelong resident of N. Chelmsford. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by her nieces, Karen and her husband, Robert Tollick of Litchfield, NH, Joanne and her husband, Todd Maille of Dracut, Maureen and her husband, Donald Lamothe of Hudson, NH and Deborah and her husband, Raymond Saucier of Dracut; a nephew, Robert Narbonne of Hudson, NH; a brother-in-law, Robert Narbonne of Dracut and many great nieces and nephews

She was the mother of the late Roger C. Mackey, the sister of Ronald Pickard, Raymond Pickard and Jean Carol Narbonne.
