Heang Taing, 95, of Lowell, MA died Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was married to the late Keang Taing, who died in 1976.
Born in Kampong Speu, she was the last surviving child out of the eight children of the late Lou Loung
Heang came to the USA in 1991 and became a US Citizen in 2010.
She was an active member of the Fifth Street First Baptist Church in Lowell.
She was very charitable. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Heang is survived by her sons, Paul Kong and his wife Amy Kong of Dracut, MA, and Huor Taing and his wife Sophanith Sar of Lowell, MA; daughters, Chou Huy and her husband Sarun Loung of Fairfield, CT, Loung Thy and her husband Siyun Ou of Lowell, MA, and Seang Taing and her husband Soleang Loon of Cambodia; fourteen grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Sunday April 26, 2020 from 1-4pm. Funeral Monday April 27, 2020 at 11am from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. Burial in Edson Cemetery, Lowell, MA. ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 978-251-4041.
