Samouen Som, 72, of Lowell, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2020 at Lowell General Hospital..
She was the wife of the late San Svay.
She was born in Kampong Speu, Cambodia on May 6, 1947. She came to the USA in August of 1984 and became a US Citizen in 2005.
Samoeun loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed watching movies.
She is survived by her sons, Sos Svay and his wife Nai Kuy of Lowell, Robert Svay and his wife Pratna Chin of Lowell, and Denny Soy and his wife Sophy Hong of Lowell; 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Meak Som.
Her funeral will be private.
