Sath Pech, 82 of Lowell, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, comfortably at her home, on Thursday afternoon, May 9, 2019.
Sath was the wife of the late Soy Suos who passed away in 1996.
She was born in Phaom Penh Cambodia on December 7, 1936 the daughter of the late Pech Sar and Ngin Prak.
Sath was educated in Cambodia and was a high school graduate. While in Cambodia, Sath worked as a rice farmer. She came to the United States in 1984 and became a United States Citizen in 2000.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sath was a practicing Buddhist and was very involved with the Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram.
She is survived by her children, Thomas and his wife Heanglay Suos of Dracut, MA, Nicknnarth Suos of Boston, MA, Sea Sous and her husband, Sokhom Neov of Lowell, MA, Savahdy Suos, of Seattle, WA, Sophea Suos and her husband, Seap Pauo of Lowell, MA, Sophie Douk and her husband, Nareak of Lowell, MA and Samantha Mao and her husband Heng of Lowell, MA, a sister, Chanthan Chim and her husband, Sokhom of Lowell, MA; a son-in-law, Lout Ouk of Seattle, WA; 26 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Songlee Sous of Seattle, WA, and the sister of the late Son Pech.
Her visitation will be Monday and Tuesday, May 13th and 14th from 5:00PM to 7:00PM, both days and again from 1:30PM to 2:30PM on Wednesday May, 15th followed by a procession to the Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram, 85 Tyngsboro Rd. in N. Chelmsford. Her funeral procession will be leaving the temple Saturday, at 8AM going in procession to Merrimack Cremation Service 10 Henry Clay Dr. Merrimack, NH.
