Serey Soun of Lowell

Serey Soun, 58, of Lowell died Friday, October 5, 2018, at the Fairhaven Healthcare Center in Lowell.

Born in Battambang, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Dy Uong and Ngov Yi.

Serey came to the United States in 1998, became a proud citizen and a resident of Lowell.  She worked as a cook in the Khemara Restaurant in Lowell.

She was a member of the Glory Temple.

She is survived by her nephew, Won Thach of Lowell, and niece Dany Fint (aka Dy Dany or Phou Dany) and sister-in-law, Lina Phou (aka Phou Tou) of SC.

Visiting hours Tues. 2 to 3 P.M. at Dolan Funeral and after 3 PM at the Glory Buddist Temple and on Wed. at 8A.M. at the Glory Temple.  Cremation at the Merrimack Crematory, Merrimack, NH.
