Donald C. Cassidy of N. Chelmsford, MA

Donald C. Cassidy, 94, of N. Chelmsford, MA died surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Lowell General Hospital.

He was married to the late Eileen Cassidy, who died in November 1989.

Born in Lowell, he was the son of the late Francis and Rose Cassidy.

He proudly served with the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Donald retired in 1985 from Bournival Chrysler of Lowell where he worked as a mechanic for many years. He was a longtime resident of N. Chelmsford.

He is survived by his two sons and their wives, Raymond and Nora Cassidy of Kissimmee, FL and John and Claudia Cassidy of Simi Valley, CA; a daughter, Paulette Cassidy of Knowlton, Quebec; a sister, Constance Shaw of Westford; four grandchildren, Danny and Brenden Cassidy and Wendy and Kimberly Blair; and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Raymond Cassidy of N. Chelmsford, Paul Cassidy of ME and Doris Pomerleau of N. Chelmsford.
