Limeng Sim, 71, of Tyngsboro formerly of Lowell, died surrounded by his loving family at his home on Tuesday, April, 24, 2018.

Born in Battambang, Cambodia on August 5, 1946 he was the son of the late Ny Lim and Say Kim.

Limeng came to the United States of America in 1985.

He retired from the Atronix Incorporated in Billerica.

Limeng enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Loeuth Phoun of Lowell; daughters, Alfreda Lim of Bakersfield, CA, Lana Touch and her husband, Sophann Touch of Stockton, CA and Sary Suon and her husband, Peter Suon of Tyngsboro; brother, Seng Lim and his wife, Voeun Lim of Seattle, WA; seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

There are no visiting hours. Funeral Saturday at 8A.M. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD. Burial in the Memorial Cemetery, Tyngsboro.
