Noeun Preap of Lowell, MA

Noeun Preap, 48, of Lowell, MA died Friday, July 13, 2018 after a long illness surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Battambang, Cambodia, she was the daughter of Neth Sor and Yoeum Preap.

Formally of Philadelphia, PA, Noeun moved to the United States in 1984 where she loved to spend time with her family

Besides her mother and father, she is survived by her three sons Chomnanthavong “Tony” Yang of Philadelphia, PA, Chomansang “Sonny” Yang of Philadelphia, PA, Ricky To of Philadelphia PA; her daughter, Chomnanauy “Amanda” Yang of Lowell, MA; eight siblings, Sunny T. Preap, Kane Yom Preap, Nin Preap, Stacie Yin Preap, Yorm Preap, Soksopath Preap, Sena Preap, and Yarn “Samantha” Preap.
