Pheng Seng a longtime resident of Lowell, MA

Pheng Seng, 82, a longtime resident of Lowell , MA passed away Friday June 19, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Kratie, Cambodia the son of the late Thorng Seng and Lan Long.

He is the husband of Yoeurn Chhneang .

Pheng came to the USA in April of 1997 and became a US Citizen in June 2010.

He enjoyed attending Elder Care activities and watching TV.

He attended ceremonies at the Glory Temple.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Three sons, and four daughters, a sister, 12 grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.

He was the father of the late Kimsin Seng.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral, on Friday, June 26, 2020, at 8 AM at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 Middlesex St. Chelmsford, MA.  Cremation at Merrimack Crematory, Merrimack, NH.  Please keep in mind, Covid-19 restrictions and social distancing protocols are still in place.
