R. Roger J. Gagne of Milford, NH, formerly of Lowell died Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.
Born in Lowell, MA, he was the son of the late Raymond V. and Rose (Sirois) Gagne. He was educated at St. Joseph’s High School in Lowell.
Over the years Roger was employed as a pin setter for the Rex Bowling Allies, a house painter for Gallagher House Painting Company, a steeple jack operator for Corey Steeple Jack’s all of Lowell. Roger owned and operated Gagne Brothers Construction Company and American Roofing.
He was a former communicant of Sacred Heart Church and St. Jean Baptiste Church. Roger loved spending time with his family especially family barbecues, and Chinese food. Concerned about the environment, he spent a lot of time collecting and recycling.
He is survived by his former wife Barbara McKenny of Dracut; four daughters, Barbara Ann and her husband, Michael Matthews of Pelham, NH, Susan Gagne of Dracut, Linda and her husband, Christopher Natsios of Litchfield, NH and Lisa Gagne of Dracut; two sons, Michael and his wife, Lynn Gagne of Tyngsboro and Thomas and his wife, Patricia Gagne of Dracut; a brother, Donald and his wife, Electra Gagne of Milford, NH, two sisters-in-law, Pricilla Gagne of Nashua, NH and Dora Gagne of Hudson, NH and, fifteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren as well as any nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Paul, Henry, Raymond and Robert Gagne.

His Wake is Fri. from 11:30AM to 12:30PM at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD followed by a funeral Mass at 1PM at St. Mary’s Church 25 North Rd, Chelmsford.
