Ralph E. Adams of Nashua formerly of N. Chelmsford

Ralph E. Adams, 83, of Nashua, NH formerly of N. Chelmsford died Saturday, August 27, 2016 at his home.

He was married to the late Christian Adams, who died in June of 1998.

Born in Lowell, he was the son of the late Leslie H. and Hazel Adams. He graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1951 and from Lincoln Chiropractic College, Indianapolis IN in 1955.

He proudly served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

Ralph retired from Wool Bureau of Long Island, NY in 1992, where he worked as a licensing manager.

He was an active member of the Congregational Church in N. Chelmsford.

Ralph was a Mason and a member of the Chelmsford Elks Lodge 2310. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed gardening and woodworking.

He is survived by his son, Scott Adams of Tewksbury; daughters, Susan Adams of Nashua, NH and Carolyn Adams of Manchester, NH; sister, Barbara Rooks of Pepperell and many nieces and nephews.

He was the brother of the late Leslie “Buddy” Adams Jr., Robert Adams, Edna Ducharme and Elinor Dorsey.
