Saroeun Nhim, 55, of Lowell and formerly of Stockton, CA, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Lowell General Hospital.
He was born in Prey Veng, Cambodia on March 2, 1964 the son of the late Seng Nhim and his wife
Mr. Nhim was raised in Thailand and came to the United States in 1987. He was employed for many years at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
He is survived by his children, Samnang Yim of Stockton, CA., Suranan Nhm and his wife Pader Vang- Nhim of Lowell, Surteng Nhim of Modesto, CA., Supanza Nhim of Linden, CA., Soeurn “Kim” Nhim of Lowell, Sielinda Nhim of Stockton, CA., Surletta Nhim of Modesto, CA., Sarneda Nhim of Texas, and Somiera Nhim of Texas, seven grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation on Monday, June 17 from 1:30Pm to 2:30Pm at the Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St., N. Chelmsford. A funeral procession to Wat Khmer Samaki Temple, 85 Tyngsboro Road, N. Chelmsford, will follow the visitation. His funeral procession will leave the Temple on Tuesday, June 18th at 8:30Am and will conclude at Linwood Crematory 41 John Ward Ave, Haverhill MA 01830.
