Sem Oukof Lowellformerly of South Berwick, ME

Sem Ouk, 95, of Lowell formerly of South Berwick, ME died surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at the Lowell General Hospital.

He was married to the late Noy Mut.

Born in Cambodia, he was the son of the late Ouk and Gem Sem.   He proudly served with the Cambodian Army.

Sem came to the United States on September 13, 1981.

He was an active member of Glory Temple and was very charitable to all of the Buddhist Temples.

Sem enjoyed walking and riding go carts.

He is survived by his daughter, Phany Sem; grandchildren, Rozanary and her husband, Ray Chammas, Samnang Ros, Sreyroth Ros Phimmady and her husband, Poco Phimmady and Phana Ros and her husband, Vilaphanh Xaykosy; great grandchildren, Kevin Sok, Stephanie Sok, Sam Ros, Jocelyn Phimmady, Brandon Phimmady, Malakai Xaykosy, Amaree Xaykosy and Tayvion Xaykosy and several nieces and nephews.
