Somaly Mean, 79, a longtime resident of Lowell, MA passed away Saturday, October 17, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital.

Somaly was born in Battambang, Cambodia.

She loved spending time with her family and friends especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Nara Sourn of Lowell, MA, her brother, Sopha Mean of MN, and her cousin, Pok Sor of CA, and her five grandchildren, Kanika Thy, Kaileynia Sourn, Katiana Sourn, Ryan Sourn and Evan Sourn.

Visiting hours are Sunday October 24, 2021 beginning at 4:00PM at the Trairatanaram Temple, North CHELMSFORD.
