Somaly Tuon, 60, of Dudley, MA died Friday, August 6, 2021 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA after a short battle with cancer.

She was married to Samuth Moeung.

Born in Takeo, Cambodia she was the daughter of the late Tuon Hun and Phun Hun.

She was a member of Watt Phnom Sevei Inc. of Ayer, MA.

Somaly was a very loving, caring, and patient person. She was a very supportive mother who raised four children and some of her nieces and nephews. Somaly made everyone around her happy especially because she loved to make everyone around her lots of food. Cooking, and spending time at the temple were some of her favorite things to do.

Besides her husband she is survived by her two sons Raksmey Moeung and Jeudy Moeung both of Cambodia, her two daughters Ratha Moeung of Cambodia, Vibola (Moeung) Catineault of Dudley, MA, her four grandchildren, her several siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
