Sorn Chheng of Lowell

Sorn Chheng of Lowell, age 68, died Wednesday August 7, 2019 at Lowell General Hospital.
She was married to Chhunheng Chin with whom she would have celebrated their 51 wedding anniversary on February 10, 1968.
Born in Kampong Cham, Cambodia, she was the daughter of the late Cheng Cheam and Eng Mak.
Sorn came to the USA in 2011 and became a US Citizen on July 26, 2017. She was a member of the Glory Buddhist Temple in Lowell. She enjoyed watching movies and taking walks in her neighborhood.
She loved to travel back to Cambodia to visit her grandchildren.
Besides her husband she is survived by her daughters Kimie Heng and her husband Mach Sung of Cambodia, Leakhna Heng of Cambodia, Sreytouch Heng and her husband Meng Srorn of Cambodia, Sokunthea  Heng and her husband Somol Koung of Lowell, MA; nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many brothers, sisters and nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. at DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD followed by a procession to Glory Temple at 2:30 P.M.
