Tang Doan, 79, of Dracut, died Tuesday March 14, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital.

He was married to Chat Tran.

Born in Saigon, Vietnam he was the son of the late Van Doan and Be Thi Nguyen.

He proudly served as a ranked captain during the Vietnam War and remained for 5 years after the war in a concentration camp as a POW.

Tang came to the USA in 1994 and became a US Citizen in the year 2000.

He enjoyed the slot machines at Foxwoods Casino.

Besides his wife, he is survived by seven children, two brothers and three sisters.
