Un El of Lowell, MA

Un El, 101, of Lowell, MA died Friday, June 25, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital.

She was married to the late Neov Yem.

Born in Phnom Penh, she was the daughter of the late El Chaeng and Ouch Vong. Un came to the United States in 1983 and later gained her citizenship.

She was a member of Wat Khmer Samaki Santikaram of North Chelmsford, MA where she will be remembered as a devout Buddhist. Her family remembers her by her love for Thai-Chinese Dramas and her love of spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her two sons and their wives Sokhom Neov and Sea Sous of Lowell, MA, Danny Neov and Sophat Sim of Lowell, MA, her daughter Mom Neov of Thailand, her two sisters Paen El of Cambodia, Mol El of Cambodia, her nine grandchildren, her five greatgrandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
