Victor Ethan Chan, a resident of Lowell, MA, passed away on May 17, 2024, at Lowell General Hospital. He was 67 years old. Victor was married to Sophia Suy and they are approaching their 46^th anniversary in December 2024. Born in Battambang, Cambodia, Victor immigrated to the United States in April 1985 and later became a naturalized US citizen. He was a certified auto mechanic who enjoyed his leisure time with family and friends. Victor was a beloved member of his community, known for his warm smiles and his willingness to help those in need.

Victor enjoyed fishing, crafting, sharing jokes, and engaging in home improvement projects. He especially cherished moments spent with his children and grandchildren, finding immense joy in their laughter and playful energy. Victor’s legacy of love and kindness lives through his family and friends. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, warm smile, and unwavering devotion to his loved ones.

Though he may be physically gone, his presence will forever be felt in the hearts of those he touched. Victor is survived by his loving wife Sophia, their seven children, and sixteen grandchildren: Sokha Khuon of Pelham, NH, Karla Chan of Lowell, MA, Sokhom Khuon of Lowell, MA, Sokhan Khuon of Lowell, MA, Songia Khuon of Lowell, MA, Channery Khuon of Lowell, MA, Steven Suy of Lowell, MA.
