Yong Sin, 82, of Lowell, MA died Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital.
Born in Takeo, Cambodia, he was the son of the late Tha Sin and Thoang Sin. Yong was a rice farmer and medical doctor in Cambodia. He came to the United States in December of 1980 and became a US Citizen in October of 2005.
He was a member of Glory Buddhist Temple of Lowell, MA.
He retired from United Plastics of Leominster and previously worked at Tamor Plastics of Leominster.
Yong was an avid musician and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by seven sons, three daughters and two sisters. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation Thursday at Glory Buddhist Temple 24 Cambridge St. Lowell, MA after 3:30pm. Funeral Friday, January 8, 2021 at 8am from the Glory Buddhist Temple. Procession to Merrimack Crematory, Merrimack, NH. ARRANGEMENTS BY DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 978-251-4041.
