Annette was an amazing woman who touched the lives of so many people. She and Bill always made sure all of the neighborhood kids had a safe place to land when they were navigating through those difficult teenage years. I can’t remember a time when there wasn’t someone visiting or staying with them. It was completely normal just to hang out with them even if Dennis or Joe weren’t home. Her home was always warm and welcoming and I used to enjoy spending time there. She took amazing care of my kids during the day from 2 weeks old on so that I could return to work right away. I always knew they were loved and cared for so I never had to worry. We used to joke about how I had married Matt just so I could be part of her family. She was truly one of a kind and I know she will be missed dearly. Dennis, Joe and Laura I want to thank you for sharing your mother with us all of these years and our lives were better because she was in it. God Bless all of you.

Annette meant so much to so many different people. I was one of those neighborhood kids who was watched by her, and some of my earliest, happiest, memories involved her or was because of her. She is really one of a kind.

Dennis, Joe, I’m so sorry for your loss.
