Carol May Leary, 77, of a lifelong resident of Tyngsboro, MA died Wednesday June 10, 2020 at her home.

She was married to Daniel Leary with whom she celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary this past April 28th.

Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Kathlyn (Peasley) Dixon. She graduated from Lowell High School with the class of 1960.

In her younger years she worked at John Hancock and Raytheon.

She was a communicant of Evangelical Congregational Church in Tyngsboro.

Carol was an avid bird watcher and enjoyed travelling with her husband.

Besides her husband she is survived by her daughter Tammy and her husband Brad Klackle of Nashua, NH; a son, Matthew Leary of Manchester, NH; sisters, Janice and her husband Thomas Caruso of Tyngsboro, MA, Kathlyn and her husband Robert Keene of Jefferson, NH; twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was the mother of the late Wendy Martineau and sister of the late Sarah Stecchi and Dorothy Dunderdale.

    Had no idea. Just found out during a search for Carol and Dan.
    A shock, inasmuch as trying to make contact after a number of years of absence.
    Still cannot get over it………………
