Constance B. (Cassidy) Shaw

Constance B. (Cassidy) Shaw, 90, of Westford died Tuesday morning, December 4, 2018 at Palm Center Nursing Home in Chelmsford, MA.

She was the devoted wife of the late Walter A. Shaw, who died on July 7, 1999.

Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Roseanna Cassidy. She graduated from Lowell High School with the class of 1946.

She worked at US Bunting Mills, Uxbridge Mills, J.P. Stevens Mills, Forbes Mills, No. Billerica Co. and retired from Wang Labs. in Lowell in 1990.

She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in Chelmsford.

Constance was a proud longtime Westford resident for over 66 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son Bryan and his wife Diane Shaw of Chelmsford; her grandchildren Nicholas and Michaela Shaw of Chelmsford and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Raymond Cassidy of N. Chelmsford, Donald Cassidy of N. Chelmsford, Paul Cassidy of Sanford, ME, and Doris Pomerleau of N. Chelmsford.

Visiting hours Friday 9 to 10:30 A.M. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, followed by a funeral Mass Friday at 11 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church, Chelmsford.
