David Scott MacPhail, 43, a lifelong resident of N. Chelmsford, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Lowell General Hospital. Born in Lowell, MA, he was the son of Judith MacPhail of N Chelmsford and the late Kenneth MacPhail of Dracut. He was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
David graduated from Chelmsford High School with the class of 1996 and attended the University of Hartford and U Mass Lowell.
He proudly served with the USAF and received the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal for his service in Kuwait.
David worked as an IT Specialist at several local companies, including Arcadia Solutions. He enjoyed playing video games in his spare time.
Beside his Mom, he is survived by his brothers: Kenneth and his Wife Katie MacPhail of Springfield, VA, Keith MacPhail of Pittsburg, PA; a niece, Charlotte MacPhail, nephews Everett and Bennett MacPhail, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visiting hours Wed, Oct 20 from 3 – 6 PM at Dolan Funeral Home. Funeral Thursday at 10 AM from the Dolan Funeral Home, 106 Middlesex St., Chelmsford, with a funeral Mass at 11:00 am at St John the Evangelist Church. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Chelmsford, MA.
