Dayna Ann Boisvert, 58, of Westford, MA died peacefully Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Emerson Hospital in Concord.

She was married to her love, Alan J. Boisvert, on May 20, 1989. They’d be celebrating 32 years come spring.  Alan and Dayna had a beautiful home that they built themselves.  Making changes and adding over the years was probably their favorite past time.

Born in Boston, MA, to Daniel and Josephine Pioli, of Lowell, MA, she was the youngest of their three children. Dayna was daddy’s little girl, even as an adult.  She did everything with her mom: cooking, shopping, girls’ trips. They loved to laugh together most of all.

She graduated from Westford Academy in 1981.  There she made lifelong friends that celebrated her right until the end.  She worked in the Radiology Department at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA, where she touched the lives of so many.  Dayna was a bright light to all the patients and coworkers at the hospital.

Dayna loved music.  Singing and dancing was part of her everyday life.  She would sing and dance anywhere and everywhere. If a day turned dark, she would put her music on to brighten it up. She loved taking pictures. With her kids being her favorite photo subjects, she did also love taking pictures of anything beautiful in her backyard.  She was an avid bird watcher so finding a photo of a bird hanging in her home was likely. Being a diabetic kept her from most sweets, but when she indulged, it was frozen Reese’s all day.

Dayna found the most happiness at the beach.  The smell of the salt air, the hot sand on her toes, and the sound of the ocean waves brought her to a place of complete peace.  She would take a day to sit there alone and relax, but mostly loved sharing a day there with her family.

Besides her husband she is survived by her son Jonathan Boisvert and companion Megan Fitzgerald, daughter Jenelle Goss and her husband Patrick, all of Westford.  Dayna’s kids were the most important to her.  They were her two miracles, and she would have done anything for them. Although she leaves them behind, her love and bravery will live on with them forever.   She also leaves her brother Dino Pioli and his wife Deb, of Merrimack, NH.  Dino was her protector.  If she needed something, he was there. They recently attended her high school reunion together. She leaves her sister Dawn Pioli, Lowell, MA.  She looked up to Dawn.  She wanted to be like her all through childhood.  They shared many years of dance together that Dawn will truly treasure. Dayna also had many nieces and nephews that she loved like her own.
