Diana F. Arimento of Westford, MA

Diana Frances (Ward) Arimento, 73, of Westford, MA died Wednesday morning, December 28, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was married to Daniel R. Arimento with whom she celebrated their 49^th wedding anniversary on September 17, 2016.

Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Carmella Ward. She graduated from Cambridge Rindge and Latin School with the class of 1961.

Diana retired in 2000 from Mitre of Bedford, MA, where she worked as a senior editor writer for the Research and Development Department.

She was a communicant of St. Catherine of Alexandria Church in Westford.

Diana was an avid tennis player and a longtime resident of Westford.

Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Richard S. Arimento of Wood Ridge, NJ and Jeffrey and his wife, Elizabeth Arimento of Littleton, MA; a brother, William Ward; two sisters-in-law, Carole and her husband, John McNamara of Estero, FL and Barbara and her husband, Paul Dowling of North Andover, MA; three grandchildren, Savannah, Carmen and Jacob Arimento all of Littleton, MA and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours Tues. 3 to 7 P.M. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Church, 107 N. Main St., Westford, MA with a funeral Mass Wed. at 10A.M. Entombment at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett, MA.
