I am so sorry for your loss. Dotty was my T16 Instructor when I started in the Agency 28 years ago in June. She was a lovely person and I can honestly say that she encouraged me to pull through in my most difficult times during my training. I will miss her very much. It is a very sad day for me and I am so saddened for your loss.

Such a happy spirit! When asked “what is this”? Dottie wrote recipe on a cocktail napkin.. I still keep…awesome. Rest in piece.
