This world is one good Man less now, with the passing of Edward F Mulligan JR. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his wife and best friend Susan, his son Keith and wife Noy, his daughter Kim, his brother’s, sister’s and in-law’s. Buddy was a great person to be able to call your friend. If there was anything he could do to help you, he would gladly lend a hand. His dedication for umpiring softball game’s, was evident to anyone who had a daughter playing in a game that he officiated. His fairness and knowledge of the game was always evident. May you rest in peace Brother Buddy.
