Esther Furusa of Lowell

Esther Furusa of Lowell, age 85, died Tuesday December 26, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was married to the late John Furusa who was the Senior Pastor of Ngoma United Methodist Church.
Born in Shurugwi, Zimbabwe she was the daughter of the late Agnes and Tedy Chipere.   She graduated from high school and went on to get a certificate in women’s studies which she used to impact the lives of young girls and women as a counselor.
As the wife of a Pastor she spent most of her time taking care of orphans and imparting practical and spiritual wisdom into their lives.  She was also a communicant of Community Christian Fellowship Church in Lowell.
Ester is survived by her four daughters, Angeline Madongorere, Levenia Furusa-Mavingire, Saru Juran, and Dee Furusa.  At her age she is blessed to have spent time with her 23 grandchildren and hold some of great grandchildren.
