To Kathleen’s family, please accept my deepest sympathy. When I moved into Chelmsford Crossings earlier this year, Kathleen became one of my first friends. She was such a kind, welcoming person and I greatly enjoyed our conversations. She impressed me with her wisdom and intellect. She so loved her family. I am saddened by her death and will miss her greatly. God bless all of you. Linda Kelley”

We first met Kathy our second day in our next door home. I was cutting the grass in April 1977 and Kathy was walking across our lawn with a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. That was always Kathy – warm and welcoming.
Kathy was also always interested and engaged in issues and affairs in our community, state and nation, looking to make all of our worlds a better place. But first in her heart and attention was her devotion to and enthusiasm for each and every member of her immediate and extended family – lately particularly her grandchildren. Her buoyant humor was always uplifting.
Our condolences to all in the family for this loss and the loss for all of us.
