Kathleen Anne Higgins, 48, of Tyngsboro, MA passed away unexpectedly after a long illness on Wednesday, May 19th at her home.
She was born in Lowell the daughter of Anne Marie (Carr) Higgins of Chelmsford and the late Paul Higgins.
Kathleen was educated in the Chelmsford Public School system and graduated from Chelmsford High School.
She was employed for many years as a personal care attendant and when not at work she enjoyed spending her time at the beach.
Besides her mother, Kathleen is survived by her son, Stephen J. Higgins of Chelmsford, a brother, Michael P Higgins and his wife Tina of Charlotte, NC and a nephew Ian Higgins of Charlotte, NC.
