Khuong Dinh Pham, 56, of Lowell, MA, passed away on Friday May 3, 2024 surrounded by family, at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA.
He was married to Lan Ngoc Nguyen.
Khuong was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He was the beloved son of Chuong Dinh Pham and My Kim Luong.
He came to the United States in November of 1992 and was employed as a technician in the machine shop industry.
Khuong loved to travel with his family, enjoyed spending time with his numerous friends, and especially valued his social life.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his mom, My Kim Luong, son Kane Nguyen Pham, daughters Jennifer Nguyen Pham, Joanna Nguyen Pham, his brother Cuong Dinh Pham, his sisters Phuong My Pham and Jody Huong Pham.
