Lalaben K. Patel, 87, of Tewksbury, formerly of Lowell, MA, died Monday December 16, 2019.
She was married to the late Kanchan Patel.
Born in Chalamali, India, she was the daughter of the late Dwarkadas Patel and Gangaben Patel.
She came to the USA in July of 1994, and became a US Citizen in 2007.
Lalaben was a member of the Dada Bhagwan Hindu Temple in India.
Her family had the good fortune of cooking for her so she could enjoy a variety of cuisines such as Indian, Mexican, and Italian.
She is survived by her sons, Bhupendra and his wife Kokila Patel of Danbury, CT, Bipin and his wife Nilam Patel of Lowell, MA, and Dhiraj and his wife Daxa Patel of India; a daughter, Induben and her husband, Rajendra Patel of Tewksbury, MA; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sisters, Kapilaben and her husband Guru Patel of India, and Sharadaben Patel of India, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by three brothers.
