Marianne “Mimi” Soucy Campbell, 61, formerly from Chelmsford, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 5, 2016 in Melbourne, Florida.
She was the wife of Richard Campbell with whom she celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary on March 21, 2016.
Born in Framingham, MA on October 11, 1954, she was a daughter of Gerald Soucy of Tilton, NH and the late Olive Soucy. Mimi was raised in Chelmsford and graduated from Chelmsford High School Class of 1972.
She lived in Hampton, NH and Nottingham, NH before moving to Melbourne FL three years ago. She enjoyed being with her family and her dog Manny.
Besides her father and her loving husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Serena & Ethan Campbell of Melbourne FL; step-daughters Amy Campbell and Julie Noel of Manchester and Windham NH; her siblings and their spouses Elaine & Mark Finneral of Plymouth, MA, Jeanne & David Calderan of Dunstable, MA, Jay & Judy Soucy of Merrimac, MA, Linda & Bill Cook of Dunstable, MA; as well as many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her son Christopher Campbell.
Family and friends are invited for calling hours Saturday August 27th from 11:30-1:30 with a Memorial Service at 1:30 at DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 Middlesex Street, N. Chelmsford MA. I have so many wonderful memories from my teenage years that included Mimi,Joannie, Mary Ann, Liz, and me. No matter what happened, or how much time passed, l always have those memories. Rest in peace my forever friend. I love you and miss you.
