Maryanne was one of the most amazing woman I have ever known. She was a fighter for many causes and had one of the biggest hearts ever! She would do anything for you and would be there to support you before you hardly knew you needed help. I will never forget the determination with which she fought cancer. I will miss her but will make sure her light in this world will continue to shine.

My condolences to the family of the great Maryanne Mongovan. She was and will always be remembered as our Mcc Mother. She was a great fighter. Her dedication and love for her work and the people who she worked with was beautiful. I had the honor of being a student of hers. And will always be greatful to God for all she taught me all these years.

    Maryanne!
You’re a great mentor and wonderful professor.
It’s my pleasure to be your student. You always supported me when I told you about my dreams and academic goals at school.
You always gave me great advice, and helped me whenever I had problems at MCC. I remember your warm embrace when I visited your office. Thank you for your kindness and generosity to me and students at MCC. I miss you!

My deepest heartfelt sympathy to you all for your loss of a wife, mother, sister and aunt. Marianne was a wonderful woman in so many ways. She loved her family above all else, yet gave so much to everyone she came in contact with. She will be greatly missed as much as she is loved.

To Kaitlyn and your dad Dave, Maryanne was my colleague and friend. May she rest in peace-she taught me well here at MCC and she is gone too soon.
I thank her for being in my life always. She always had a great laugh. She was very STRONG no matter what her battle was. My condolences to your whole family from my family. She is now your Angel watching over you.

Oh Mrs. Mungo! You had such a tremendous impact in our lives! Your kindness, your generosity and your sense of humor touched us so deeply and will be with us forever. We are incredibly thankful for your friendship, your example, and for always bringing the best in us. For a few years now you have been part of our daily prayers, and is really a moment that we treasure. A few minutes every day to thank God for someone like you and ask him to always keep you happy. A few minutes to put everything in perspective and remind us of what is really important in life. And we will continue praying. And we will continue thanking God for you. And when the boys ask me if Mrs. Mungo is happy and if Mrs. Mungo is better I will be able to say with a full heart she is better than ever!. She is happy, she is at peace, and she is full of joy. May God bless you, Dave and Kaitlyn.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. Although she was taken from this earth too soon, she left an extraordinary impact on the lives of those around her. As a colleague I witnessed her generosity for MCC students everyday. Her work ethic and grit are two of the things that I will always remember about her. I am deeply saddened by her loss and am sending prayers of comfort your way.

Deepest condolences to David, Kaitlyn and Family from the Dublin end of the Wider Horizons Program, on the death of dear Maryanne. Every year, at the start of our Program, Maryanne’s smiling face would greet us at the Prepare to Attend College event in the Middlesex Community College; and for the rest of the group’s stay in Lowell, she was a continuing support and presence in our Program. We have learned of her death here with great sorrow. May she Rest in Peace.

One of the hardest parts of growing older is when you learn that people you know have passed away. I only learned that Maryanne had passed away this week. We worked together for many years at the Pollard Library. I remember going to barbecues on the lawn at the house on Bachelder St., lunches at the Library with Donna Deuso, Lela Boykins and others, and when I photographed Dave and Maryanne’s wedding. Maryanne was so excited to hear that my wife and I were having our daughter, as were we when she was pregnant. She will always hold a special place in our lives. Please accept our condolences, five years too late, but know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Rev’s Ray and Debbie Mann, Champlain Valley Church of the Nazarene, St. Albans, VT
