Michael “Mike” G. Lyons, 32, of N. Chelmsford, died unexpected Sunday, June 4, 2017.
Born in Cambridge, he was the son of the Gerard and Beverly (Johnson) Lyons of N. Chelmsford. He attended Chelmsford High School and graduated from Lowell Middlesex Academy Charter School with the class of 2002.
Michael worked for over 10 years as a machinist for C & C Machine of Tyngsboro. He had previously worked for High Tech Machinists Inc. of Chelmsford.
He was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Mike enjoyed fishing, camping and the outdoors. He played Pop Warner football, Chelmsford youth basketball, baseball and hockey until high school.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two sons, Shawn Nicholas Roberts and Nathan Michael Roberts of Nashua; a daughter, Julianna Rose Lanzillo of Chelmsford; a brother, Timothy Lyons of N. Chelmsford; a sister, Kate Lyons of Tyngsboro and a niece, Alyssa Lyons of Tyngsboro.
Visiting hours Thurs. 3 to 7 P.M. Funeral Fri. at 10am from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 11am at St. John the Evangelist Church in N. Chelmsford, MA.
