Michael S. Van Dinter 56 of Nashua NH, journeyed home to Heaven in his tow truck on April 7th, 2024. Mike was born in Lowell, Mass. on April 18th, 1967 to Robert & Patrica Van Dinter. He attended school in Lowell and later moved to Nashua.

He was a proud and loving father of 2 children Cheyenne of Litchfield and Michael of Concord. Surviving family members include his four brothers; Robert B. Van Dinter and his fiancé Leah Shanley of Lowell, MA, Edward and Dayjean Van Dinter of Lowell, MA, Gene and Amber Van Dinter of Stratton, NE, Robert and Sharon Nagle of Pepperell, MA, uncles, aunts, and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents and sister Patricia Corcoran.

Mike was a very kind and generous person. He took pride in being a Tow Truck driver and was happy when en-route to assist someone.

His children were his top priority. Always there with love and fatherly advice, sometimes not what they wanted to hear but always with love in his heart. He enjoyed meeting his children for breakfast on Saturdays at bagel alley.

He loved riding his motorcycle and attended motorcycle weekend in Laconia every year. Always returning with T-shirts for everyone. His other hobbies were playing pool, darts, and hunting.

Mike has earned his wings and will be missed by his family and all who knew him.

“Ride on Mike, We love you”
Until we meet again.

Mike was one of the best guys I knew in the industry, always offering a helping hand – no matter what time it was , or how long it would take, he would never drive by me in the side of the road without stopping, or assisting me get a car loaded and off the road . He’s blocked traffic for me several times . One of the things he was also known for was his generosity. I can remember a couple of different occasions. Working on an accident scene on the road. He would see me working without gloves – a brand new pair of gloves would come flying out his truck as he drove by. Not cheap gloves either. The best gloves you can buy. He was always bragging about spending off time with his kids and his family. Mike , you will be missed by all.. RIP

Was and still is my favorite uncle, I remember when I was little he always came over and took me to Chuck E. Cheese’s and Dunkin’ Donuts. Was a big part of my childhood until we moved away and then I had to see less of him but he always made time to call me or video chat. Definitely saddened that he’s gone. I’m going to miss hearing his voice and seeing him smile when we video chatted. I wish I’d of called him that day but his death was unexpected and shocked me really hard. Until we see each other again rest easy Uncle Mike!
